more kickboxing

Kelly's pulled all her muscles down the right side of her body, so last night we had katyha's teacher Daliah instead. And got worked very hard indeed.

I am somewhat impressed to hear katyha's been practising the hook kick; we haven't even learned that one yet, and I had a good month and a half's start. We did learn the crescent kick last night, though.

This morning I bought myself a Brie and grapes sandwich to have for lunch. I don't know if I can face it now, though. I just don't really like sandwiches. I'd rather have the food in separate bits.

Woe is me.
