After a weekend laid up in bed/on sofa with the cold, I dragged myself into the gym for fear of missing the actual competition stage of that Shelter gym games thing.
And benched 60kg! Hooray for me! That's a 20% improvement on two months ago and I haven't even stopped coughing yet. Very pleased with myself. :o)
