I made it to the end of my 'sevens' programme this morning at the gym, which is where they give you a card you get signed every time you go to the gym for a workout. I think it's to try to get people who join to actually go.

I got a free 'Fitness Exchange' towel for my trouble! Actually, it's about the size of a big facecloth, but still - freebie city! :o)
