Listening to Good Time George

In honour of the late, great George Melly, I've just downloaded a big bunch of his songs and am currently listening to a curious tune by the name of Ise a Muggin', which Melly sings in a way that reminds me instantly of the tiddlywinkers' drinking game we call "nurdle boondock".
