last night

Superb time at kickboxing. I was jumping up and down, shuffling from foot to foot the entire hour and had no problems doing it, either bone/joint wise or energy-level wise. I was also doing effortless kicks to the head (OK, so my partner was a small oriental girl, but still) and generally being fit as fuck.

Fantastic. *smug*

Not sure how tall you are, but I am 5ft 4inches tall. Still there are littler people in my group who can kick much higher then me. I must stretch more.

I just to get very annoyed at a friend of mine who said I wasn't short, just SM all. :-)

My self-defence class tonight has been cancelled because the room has been taken (it's a free class in a room provided at no cost by the firm, so business meetings with paying clients take precedence). I'm thinking of going for a "run" instead (the quotes are because I'll actually be alternating running and walking, since it's been about fifteen years since I last ran regularly).
