Please let me know...

Further to my post earlier today about my getting a free fiver from the man in the sandwich board, I am curious as to what it was about. So I have a request: if any of you happen to see the programme that it was for, can you let me know? At the time I felt it important to move on quickly to avoid the possibility of fucking up his experiment, which I surmised was about setting out to prove that few people would ask for the fiver. I figured that if I hung around too long, it might give more passers-by the wherewithal to join in when they might not have done otherwise.

Cheers. :o)

ETA: Apparently I was on the BBC Ten o'Clock news! Anyone see it? Tell me more!

That gives me Prince William - I think I should give up and go to bed.

Well, it's about two thirds of the way through, a story about the economy...

Also, thinking about it, I now recognise the woman who comes on and says "it's all good fun...but it's also an experiment in human psychology" as one of the people I remember seeing standing on the corner grinning after I walked past. :o)

There is a full double page spread of sandwich board guy in a london evening paper. It was apparently publicity for a price comparision website.

If you can find a way to get it as a video podcast they will usually not be encrypted in anyway, in a program like iTunes, you can usually just drag the podcast from the iTunes window to the desktop and it'll just put the file there.
