Wow! Only 28 out of 1,800. That remarkably low, you see more people rushing to grab those bags of freebies that British Airways gives away and there's hardly anything useful in them, certainly not a £5 worth of stuff.

Being in London this week, I kept my eyes peeled today for a man giving away money, but no luck :(

I would be tempted to ask if the offer was limited to one five pound note per person, or if one could repeatedly ask?
