Can't be arsed with a poll, so simply a question with free response available:

Name your top three favourite James Bond baddies. Number one requires an explanation. Mine are:

1) Max Zorin. Explanation: Christopher Walken makes an incredibly shit-hot sexy bad'un IMV.
2) Kamal Khan
3) Drax

I've asked Stef, and his are

1) Goldfinger
2) Kamal Khan
3) Stromberg

And yours?

1) Auric Goldfinger. For that line (and because the film's one of my favourites).
2) Blofeld in Diamonds are Forever (Charles Grey)
3) Rosa Klebb

Evidently, I'm a 'classic Sean Connery'-style Bond fan. ;-)

Zorin is great, though; one of the few good things about the film IMO (the title song is another). I love the point where he starts randomly shooting his minions just because he thinks it's fun. (He does this, right? I'm not sure I've actually seen the film since its release, so I may be misremembering.)

Drax is one of my favourites - he's not after anything as petty as money :-)

1) Charles Grey as Blofeld. The clone! The voicebox! The suit!
2) um
3) actually, that's about it.

1) The dress! You just know both Gray the actor and Blofeld the villain didn't mind at all wearing it.

*nods* Diamonds are forever is my favourite Bond film ever. It's just perfect.

I think I went ouch even at the time about the 'let's be nasty to the queers' treatment of Wint and Kidd, but yes, it's my favourite too.

Hmmm.

1). Kamil Khan, because the first one that I saw at the cinema was "Octopussy".
2). Dr Kanaga
3). Franisco Scaramanga

If I thought about it some more, I might put Scaramanga at the top. (Mmmm, Christopher Lee...)

1. Francisco Scaramanga. Christpher Lee was brilliant in The Man With a Golden Gun...a trully shite film.
2. Ernst Stavro Blofeld. The Charles Gray version, because his voice was fan-bally-tastic!
3. Bambi and Thumper. The evil Bond girls from Diamonds are Forever (cos I'm a perv).
