ajva1) have the cold everybody has
2) have done in a tendon in my ankle at kickboxing and it's not better yet
3) recent events have made me painfully aware of being just a packhorse at work, where nobody thinks I'm particularly good at what I do
4) have a severe attack of CBA as a result of all of the above
I want to go home and sleep.
