I just finished the Germany TV entry.

So I celebrated by getting out my credit card and doing something I've never done before.

I just ordered a bottle of 1982 vintage red Bordeaux wine, a snip at £75 (inc p+p). That's *one* bottle. But I don't care. I want to see if good wine is all it's cracked up to be. Fuck it.

I hope it isn't corked. I shall be so pissed off if it is.

wow! i am very much the impressed person...i just luv grand yet random gestures (reminds one a lil' of me being outta me face on retsina and running around on some 'ill in Athens during a thunderstorm 'n' cursing the gods fer their lack of existence 'n' daring 'em ter strike me down).

anne, i 'ope the wine is the nicest stuff ever!!! (incidentally i just remembered me 'n' me bruvver drinking a superb medoc wot me dad 'ad 'alf pinched from the mansion 'ouse...despite some nice crystal in the 'ouse we drunk it outta a couple of coffee mugs 'n' it tasted all the better fer it)!
