fruitless search

Bah. As you will gather, I am currently in the easyinternetcaff on TCR. I'm searching for somewhere that has

1)internet access
2) shockwave
3) quicktime

The only one I don't (and can't) have at work is quicktime, but that means two of the first nine puzzles in the timehunt are out of my reach. Of course, easyinternetcaff doesn't have it either.

Bah. I'm off home to sulk.

I can probably knock you up a PC from bits I have around the house. It won't be up to playing the latest games but should be OK for surfing the net and word processing. I may not
have a spare monitor though (unless you want one that looses red from the picture intermittently). So you may need to buy one (approx. £50 or more) or see if someone else has an old monitor going spare. Give me a ring and we can talk about which bits you would like in it or we can talk at the LL on Friday.
