my experiment for this week...
Mar. 5th, 2003 11:43 am...is to exercise every weekday, and see how I feel at the end of it. So far I've done:
Monday - Gym before work
Tuesday - kickboxing
Today - Aqua aerobics class at the gym.
I had to get up at 5:45 am today, though, so I don't think I'll be doing it every week. But it had to be the aqua class today, so that I'm splitting up all the more intensive exercise.
I'm looking forward to a long lie at the weekend. :o)
