I love whiteboards

Spotted this morning at Highbury & Islington tube station - a sign saying this:

Victoria Line - Delay's occurring Southbound

A swift wipe of my forefinger was all it took, ladies and gentlemen, to restore grammatical order to an otherwise chaotic universe...

I noticed this morning that the L'Oreal makeup remover I use has a mistake on it - it talks about an ingredient "known for it's anti-oxidant properties".
I may have to switch brands.

It might have been that what they meant to say was:

"Victoria Line - (a) Delay is occurring Southbound" though, non?

True - I'm pretty sure that what was on the board was wrong, though, so perhaps there was an "are" as well.

Or perhaps my pedantry is turning me into a zealot who sees blasphemy where there is none.

"Better Value. Everyday." I saw yesterday and I wondered why people would describe their product as ordinary.

As long as Delay isn't holding a party all the way south on the Victoria line...

Actually I thought a similar thing on the way to work this morning when I saw a cafe with things advertised on a blackboard (things like "ice cream's" iirc - though what they are doing advertising those on the coldest days of the year is another matter).

Unfortunately I was too shy to make the change. It did cross my mind how far one could get away with making changes on signs, when it wasn't something easily changeable like a black/whiteboard, and whether fixing grammatical errors could be counted as vandalism..
