I have spectacles! I shall be wearing them part-time.

I was a total sitting duck for that camp Asian butterfly of a frame salesman, though: I've got me some pricey Dior frames. Internet shopping next time, I think. Once I'm used to all this arcane prescriptions stuff.

See if they wrote down your pupillary distance on your prescription anywhere - it's useful when ordering online and IME they don't usually write it down unless you ask them.
